Nupoke is a Spain based artist who’s been actively moving dancefloors and chill-outs around the globe for over 20 years. With his first ventures in music in the rock world, it was in a period around the late 90’s, early 2000’s, during his residence in London that he dove deep into the underground electronic scene of that city. At the time best known under his Shuniam alias, where ambient, trip-hop and chill-out filled his very organic dj sets, his latest project, Nupoke, allows him to deepen his dancefloor focus.

Where was this mix recorded?
In my home studio in Dénia, Spain.

What are you excited about this mix that people should know?
It's an instrospective journey to the deeper side of techno, an atmospheric session full of nuances that have defined by path in electronic music. I've included as a token the first track I ever produced, Trentemoller - Miss you (Nupoke Remix) which is raw and unmastered. This month it turns 10 years old and so I thought it would be a good time to dust it off and bring it out for air.

What can we expect from you in the near future?
More of my own productions, some other bootlegs (I love doing those to play in my sets), another collaboration with my little brother Victor a.k.a. ACID. He is a producer and MC based in Barcelona and he's just released an EP called "Flow my God." He makes hip hop and is brewing something big. Besides that, cooking and more cooking, my other passion.
